Welcome Baby Carter

Welcome Baby Carter! Gotta love those polka dots and stripes. The cake was fashioned off of the fabric being used in the baby's room. What fun colors to decorate with. And, not too girly of a cake either! Do you know how hard it was not to put a big blue bow on top of that cake?? Carter would be very proud of me :)

Happy Birthday Chloe

Miss Chloe is going to have the cutest birthday ever! Even Minnie would be jealous. Strawberry and French Vanilla cake with cupcakes to go along. YUM!

ON THE ROAD AGAIN....... JUST CAN'T WAIT TO GET ON THE ROAD AGAIN!!!!
This cake was for a retirement party for a good friend. 'Matt' is going to be on the road a lot now that he is retiring. The family loves to travel and go camping, and now with some free time on his hands, maybe he can do more of it! The cake itself will serve about 45 people, but who can eat that cute little RV.

Wedding Bliss

This 3 tiered wedding cake served 72 people and was french vanilla cake with cream cheese filling.  I also added sliced strawberries to the filling!  The calla lillie flowers were made out of gumpaste and are edible, although most people chose not to eat them.

Want a smaller cake but have a big wedding?  Supplement the cake with either a few sheet cakes or cupcakes for the guests.

A Baby Boy

A baby boy is on his way!  Cupcakes are always a good way to accent the cake and have some for everyone.  There is usually cake batter left over so it's simple to add cupcakes to any order!  Different flavors can be shown by different colored icing to make it easier and if you would rather not be worried about cutting a cake for a party, cupcakes are the easiest way to go!

Baptism

Baptismal Congrats to Xavier!  This precious blue cake was served at a gathering for Xavier's Baptism.  It is a 12"x12" and serves 48 people.

A New Way Of Cake...

CAKE POPS!!

These delicious, yet perfect size "cake pops" are the newest trend in parties.  It's the right amount for just a bite of something sweet... or give in to your taste buds and have more than one!  These are also a good idea for goody bags or wedding favors (maybe not in Hello Kitty though!)

Fire Alarm

The latest cake I did was for a fireman.  Very fitting since my husband is also a fireman!  This hose and fire helmet were the grooms cake at the wedding.  It was so much making this cake and I think it turned out really cute!

This one serves 52 people and can be made with numerous flavors - extra special for that fireman in your family.

Monster Cake

Last year Blake had a Spongebob theme birthday party and this year he chose a Monsters Inc cake to celebrate with all his friends.  He had a lot of fun picking out the design.

This size cake will serve around 40 people.

Happy 5th Birthday Blake!

Sports Fanatic

Planing a sports themed birthday party?  Having an opening game party?  Whatever the sports occasion is, a jersey cake is always a neat idea!  A cake this size serves 30 people.  Pick your favorite team and I can do the rest!

Mad Hatter

For a Junior League meeting, I made this Alice in Wonderland Cake. What a cute cake for any occasion!  A lot of time and detail went into perfecting this cake, but it was so much fun to make.  The table on the top really adds to it.  This cake served approximately 60 people.

There are many different styles for an Alice in Wonderland themed cake to fit the size of your party.  Just email for more details if you're interested in having a Mad Hatter Party!

Diamond Anniversary

A picnic gathering of friends and family was the perfect way for Dale and Helen to celebrate their 60th Wedding Anniversary last month.  Keeping it simple, I made a sheet cake and extra cupcakes with frosting in their wedding colors.
